I am so proud to be sharing that I have joined motionball Unama'ki - Cape Breton Committee for the 2025 motionball Marathon of Sport . This year, on June 21, my Team and I will be taking the field, alongside local Special Olympics athletes for a full day of sports, fun and inclusivity!
Today, I am inviting you to become a part of this amazing day by helping us reach our Team fundraising goal of $3,000. A tax receiptable donation of $20 will make a direct, local impact on Special Olympics athletes, like Caleb!
While a $3,000 fundraising target is one of our Team goals, Marathon of Sport is about so much more! Through events like this, motionball raises awareness and funds for the Special Olympics movement and allows people with and without intellectual disabilities to connect, build new friendships, celebrate differences and ultimately create more inclusive communities across Canada.
With your help, we can reach our fundraising goal and make a difference in creating a more inclusive Canada! Please consider supporting our Team by making a donation directly to our fundraising page.
Every donation makes a difference. On behalf of the motionball family, we thank you!
