I’m so proud to be back as a Co-Event Director for Marathon of Sport Mississauga! After the incredible success of last year’s inaugural event, we’re thrilled to bring it back and continue building our impact in the community.

I’ve been part of the motionball family since 2019, and it has truly changed my life. Year after year, it continues to fuel my passion for inclusivity—especially in sport. Bringing this event to my hometown for the second year in a row is an absolute honour.

For me, this cause is also deeply personal. My sister, Melissa, is a Special Olympics athlete, and I’ve seen firsthand the confidence and joy that motionball and Special Olympics have given her. motionball provides athletes like Melissa with a place where they feel included, empowered, and celebrated.

This year, I’m aiming to raise $1,000 in support of motionball and Special Olympics athletes. A donation of just $20 (eligible for a tax receipt) makes a direct impact right here in our community.

But Marathon of Sport is about more than just fundraising—it’s about connection, friendship, and creating inclusive spaces where people of all abilities can come together. With your support, we can continue to build a more inclusive Canada.
