I am proud to share I will once again be captaining aa team from Molson Coors for the 2026 motionball Marathon of Sport. This year, on ​​May 23rd, my Team and I will be taking the field, alongside local Special Olympics athletes for a full day of sports, fun and inclusivity!

This day is extra special for me as it showcases the amazing work Motionball does which directly supports the incredible programming Special Olympics provides to its athletes. Getting to line up alongside special Olympic athletes provides a quick glimpse into future opportunities for Zach, and the friendships and bonds that are created through sport.

This day not only brings awareness to the Special Olympics movement, but allows people with and without intellectual disabilities to interact, build lifelong friendships, and ultimately create more inclusive communities.

While a $5,000 fundraising target is one of our Team goals, Marathon of Sport is about so much more! Through events like this, motionball raises awareness and funds for the Special Olympics movement and allows people with and without intellectual disabilities to connect, build new friendships, celebrate differences and ultimately create more inclusive communities across Canada.
