I am so proud to be sharing that I have joined stronger together for the 2026 motionball Marathon of Sport PCL Construction. This year, on ​​November 21st, my Team and I will be taking the field, alongside local Special Olympics athletes for a full day of sports, fun and inclusivity!

Today, I am inviting you to become a part of this amazing day by helping us reach our Team fundraising goal of $1,000. A tax receiptable donation of $20 will make a direct, local impact on Special Olympics athletes, like Andrew.

Andrew has been involved with Special Olympics for 26 years! He first discovered motionball at the Kinsmen Centre and has made friends through the events! Outside of motionball, Andrew loves to travel as well as sing! This year, Andrew has taken on the role of motionball Edmonton's Honorary Athlete Ambassador and he's so excited to participate in Marathon of Sport this Fall!

While a $1,000 fundraising target is one of our Team goals, Marathon of Sport is about so much more! Through events like this, motionball raises awareness and funds for the Special Olympics movement and allows people with and without intellectual disabilities to connect, build new friendships, celebrate differences and ultimately create more inclusive communities across Canada.
