I am so proud to be sharing that I have joined Team Certarus for the 2026 motionball Marathon of Sport Calgary. This year, on ​​June 20th, my Team and I will be taking the field, alongside local Special Olympics athletes for a full day of sports, fun and inclusivity!

Today, we are inviting you to become a part of this amazing day by helping us reach our Team fundraising goal of $10,000. A tax receiptable donation of $20 will make a direct, local impact on Special Olympics athletes, like Darby.

Your donations support moments like this, in 2024, after Team Certarus took first place and Darby hoisted the coveted motionball cup!

While a $10,000 fundraising target is one of our Team goals, Marathon of Sport is about so much more! Through events like this, motionball raises awareness and funds for the Special Olympics movement and allows people with and without intellectual disabilities to connect, build new friendships, celebrate differences and ultimately create more inclusive communities across Canada.
