Hi everyone!

I’m so happy to be part of Mini Motionball again this year as a Co-Event Director. This event is something I care deeply about, and I’m so grateful to be involved.

Mini Motionball is a fun filled day of inclusive sports and activities for children with intellectual disabilities giving them a space to play, build confidence, and connect with others in a fun and supportive environment. It’s such a special day for the athletes and their families.

It’s all part of Motionball Marathon of Sport, which is an amazing event where teams come together to compete alongside Special Olympics athletes, all while promoting inclusion and community through sport.

All funds raised support special olympics canada, helping provide year-round sports programs and opportunities for athletes of all ages.

Last year, our community raised an incredible $85,000, and I’m so excited to see what we can accomplish this year!

motionball has proudly donated over $22,000,000 since 2002.

70% of funds raised go to Provincial Chapters, 25% to the Special Olympics Canada Foundation for long-term stability, and 5% to the #NoGoodWay Campaign to eliminate the R-word.
